The Lynchburg Museum 901 Court St., Lynchburg, VA, United StatesThe Court House Hill neighborhood reflected the struggles of our nation during the turbulent years surrounding the American Civil War and Reconstruction. This 60-minute, half-mile, guided walking tour will explore numerous marked and unmarked Civil War sites along Court and Clay Streets with topics ranging from love and death, to secession, emancipation, and education.
