Join Silent Witnesses, Inc. as we celebrate 160 years since Lynchburg’s first Emancipation Day. This event will feature live music, assorted appetizers, and a cash bar with the opportunity to learn more about the future and progress of Silent Witnesses and Emancipation Day in Lynchburg, Va.
